I charge a 20% cancellation fee for any no-shows or cancellations within 24hrs of the scheduled appointment. Absolutely NO refunds unless I cancel the appointment. You are allowed to reschedule your appointment 1 time only after that another deposit must be made to secure a new appointment. Absolutely no men are allowed unless accompanied by a familiar face as I wfh. Children must be accompanied by an adult at ALL TIMES. 15 minute late Grace period is allowed at the 16 minute the appointment is cancelled and your deposit will be forfeited. Do not arrive to your appointment before your scheduled time as there is no waiting area. NO EXTRA ADULTS there is no extra seating. Disrespect is not tolerated, I can and will refuse service if deemed necessary. No add ons at appointment. I do not mind fixing a mistake I made.
